An Intastellar Account is the personal account you use to access Intastellar services like the Intastellar Clients Solutions, Intastellar Developers, Intastellar Consents, and more. It includes the information you use to sign in, as well as all the payment, and security details that you’ll use across Intastellar services, and Solutions.

Is Intastellar Accounts free?

Yes. Creating an Intastellar Account is free. Your account gives you access to all Intastellar services — what you pay for, if anything, are the individual products like Intastellar Consents plans. The account itself has no cost.

Which services can I access with an Intastellar Account?

Your Intastellar Account gives you access to Intastellar Consents (cookie consent banner and CMP dashboard), the developer platform at inta.dev, and other Intastellar services as they become available. One login works across all of them.

Where is my account data stored?

Your account data is stored in the European Union, in compliance with GDPR. Intastellar Solutions, International is a Danish company and processes data under EU data protection law.

Can I manage multiple organizations or client accounts?

Yes. If you are an agency or manage multiple sites, you can connect multiple domains and organizations to a single Intastellar Account. Plan limits apply depending on your Intastellar Consents subscription.

How do I change my password or update my security settings?

Log in at my.intastellaraccounts.com and go to Security settings. From there you can update your password, review active sessions, and manage connected devices.

Can I use one account for both Intastellar Consents and inta.dev?

Yes — that is the purpose of Intastellar Accounts. You sign in once and move between Intastellar Consents, the developer platform, and other services without logging in again.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed from within your Intastellar Account under Billing. You can cancel anytime — your free banner continues working after cancellation, only paid dashboard features pause.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from your account settings or by contacting us at info@intastellar.com. Deletion removes your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and GDPR rights. Active subscriptions should be cancelled before requesting deletion.

Is my payment information stored securely?

Payment is handled by Stripe. Intastellar does not store your card details directly — Stripe processes and holds payment information under their own PCI-compliant infrastructure.

I forgot my password. How do I recover access?

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page at my.intastellaraccounts.com. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
